I am a MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) on Windows 2008 Server as well as an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)2001. I spent six years as the Systems Administrator for The Three Lower Counties and before that I spent the previous four years as the Systems Administrator for Helvoet Pharma Inc. (Salisbury) located in Salisbury, MD. Since January, 2003 I have been instructing Continuing Education Classes at WorWic Community College.

In the past I have instructed several classes, one was a contract class with the Worcester County Government on Windows 2000 Networking and Troubleshooting, I have taught a Windows XP level 2 course, Basic Network and PC troubleshooting classes for the Small Office/Home Office owner (SOHO for short) along with MS Access 2003 and MS Access 2007.

Knowledge
I have worked full-time in the Computer world since 1996. Before that I was always the "Go To" guy for everyone's computer needs.
Experience
Having been a PC Technician, owner of an Internet Service Provider and a Systems Administrator for a multi-million dollar company: I have seen just about every type of PC related problem imaginable. If you have a network related issue, I'm pretty well adept at those things too.
